What others see of your photos and videos is metadata-free: location, device, and camera details are removed before anything reaches another person.

The file you upload is held by our storage vendor exactly as you sent it, until you delete it. The vendor stores and serves worldwide — not pinned to one region.

When you delete something here, it leaves The QOR at once and ages out of our own backups within 30 days.

Our storage vendor deletes on our instruction. Copies may rest in its own backups and logs for a short while afterwards — that retention is set by its data-processing agreement, and is not something we can observe.
